I don't know if its changing ...I do that, too. I don't know if its changing taste buds or just getting burned out. I tend to eat the same things over and over, then after a while I can't stand them anymore. It cycles back around though and they'll be good again. Right now, I'm totally immersed in yogurt, fresh spinach, salsa, grilled chicken, and tortillas. I eat those things EVERY DAY! A couple of months ago, it was spring mix lettuce, cucumbers, blueberries, and cottage cheese and I don't want anything to do with those foods now.
